Yes! You will have your own room and bathroom, living room area and kitchenette with basic essentials. If you’d like to upgrade to an ocean view or bigger cottage, please let us know.

State-of-the-art and award-winning comfort, you will want for nothing in the locations I choose for our Immersions. They often include natural beauty, whether ocean or forest (or both!), spa amenities and gourmet food.

You should bring with you everything you need to be comfortable for a few days away from home. Bring your journal and favourite pens, any creative work, instruments or knitting. Bring the clothes you want to wear, a mix of cozy layers and maybe even something special for dinner one evening.

You can cancel with a refund of outstanding payment owing up to 30 days before the retreat. All deposits and payments made prior to canceling are non-refundable.

Please come with a beginners mind and be welcome! I will walk us through any information that is important to know in emails leading up to our time together and at our introduction session.
